Legal Standards & Disclosures
I. Intellectual Property Sovereignty The methodologies, visual architecture, and written philosophies provided by the Agency are protected intellectual property. This includes the exclusive rights to the Uniq Praxis Framework™ and our proprietary structural logo: the architectural 'U' (representing the foundational framework), the overarching golden inverted 'V' (forming the 'A' representing the Visionary Leader and the protective roof), and the central 'XX' (representing the Praxis Partners engaged in the work). Furthermore, the specific application of our agency visual identity, the emerald green symbolizing grounded, earthy reality, and gold representing the wealth of experiential knowledge, this is proprietary to our brand.
All terminology and structural pillars are the exclusive property of Antonia Betha. No part of our framework, visual identity, or digital content may be reproduced, distributed, or utilized for commercial purposes by any Praxis Partner or third party without explicit written authorization.
II. Recording and Digital Media Disclosure To ensure absolute accuracy in the creation of your actionable structural plans, the Agency may request to record video collaborations. Sessions will never be recorded without formal, written authorization via our digital Recording Consent Form. Verbal permission is insufficient; the silence of the room is protected until digital consent is executed. Authorized recordings are utilized exclusively for your personal strategic development and the internal quality assurance of the Agency. All recordings are stored in a secure, encrypted digital environment and are governed by our Privacy and GDPR Policy.
III. Structural and Financial Disclosures All engagements with the Agency, including the A La Carte Sessions and the Core Framework engagements, are governed strictly by the financial, temporal, and legal boundaries established in our Master Terms of Service. The Agency operates as a sovereign entity and reserves the right to modify its structural offerings. However, the rates and conditions agreed upon at the initiation of an active partnership will be honored for the duration of that specific engagement block.
IV. Affiliate and Third-Party Links Should the Agency ever provide links to third-party software, resources, or literature, it will be done solely for the vocational benefit of the Praxis Partner. If the Agency receives any affiliate compensation for recommending a specific tool, it will be explicitly disclosed alongside the recommendation in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
V. Master Liability Reference For complete operational guidelines—including our absolute Scope of Practice, our strict Medical and Psychological Disclaimers, and our Financial Liability protocols—the Praxis Partner must refer directly to the Master Terms of Service. The execution of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement acknowledges full acceptance of those established legal boundaries.
