Terms of Service

I. Acceptance of Agreement 

By engaging the services of the Uniq Praxis Framework Agency (UPFA), the Praxis Partner agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all administrative, financial, and collaborative interactions. The Agency provides high-level executive alignment exclusively for capable adults. By executing this agreement, the Praxis Partner explicitly confirms they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The established fees, operational boundaries, and protocols outlined herein are absolute. There are no exceptions, exclusions, or unwritten alterations to this agreement.

II. Soft Launch Rate Integrity and Legacy Partner Priority 

The investment rates published during this soft launch period reflect introductory pricing. The Agency reserves the absolute right to increase these rates at any time as our structural framework expands toward our official full launch.

III. Pre-Session Document Execution 

To ensure your financial investment is utilized entirely for profound reflection and strategic action, all administrative paperwork is handled outside of the digital room. Upon receipt of payment, the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Statement of Work will be dispatched via secure email. These documents must be digitally signed and returned prior to the commencement of your first Core Framework or A La Carte Session. The first five minutes of your initial collaboration will be reserved solely to confirm the receipt of these documents, allowing the remainder of the time to focus entirely on your vocational strategy.

IV. Operational Boundaries and Special Availability 

The Agency operates with a profound respect for the balance of family, spirit, and preparation.

V. Refunds and Prorations 

We do not offer prorated returns for unutilized sessions, nor do we issue refunds for premature departures from a Core Framework or Bureaucratic Research project. All sales are final upon the execution of the initial session or the delivery of the first structural asset. The Agency does not provide refunds under any circumstances, with one absolute exception: a refund will only be issued if a paid service is formally cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. Beyond this exact 24-hour threshold, no refunds will be granted for any reason. 

VI. Right of Refusal and Termination 

The Agency reserves the absolute right to terminate a partnership at any time, without refund of completed services, if the moral or ethical alignment of the room is compromised. Mutual respect and the preservation of the "Silence of the Room" are mandatory for all collaborative efforts.

VII. Absolute Scope of Practice and Crisis Protocol 

The Praxis Partner explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the Agency, the Principal Strategist, employees, contractors, and all affiliated personnel are NOT licensed healthcare providers, medical professionals, therapists, or psychiatrists. We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, diagnoses, or treatments in any way, shape, or form. The Agency strictly provides executive consultations, high-level strategic life alignment, and structural reality mapping. Our collaborative framework is not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychoanalysis, or clinical therapy.

Furthermore, the Agency is not equipped to handle psychological emergencies. Should a Praxis Partner experience a mental health crisis, they agree to bypass the Agency entirely and contact local emergency services immediately. In the United States, partners must utilize 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text "HOME" to 741741.

VIII. Legal, Financial, and Physical Sovereignty Boundary 

The Praxis Partner explicitly acknowledges that the Agency, the Principal Strategist, employees, contractors, and all affiliated personnel do not function as licensed attorneys, certified public accountants, or registered financial advisors. We are not equipped to, nor do we, provide formal legal, tax, or financial advice in any capacity. The Agency provides high-level administrative consultations, Bureaucratic Research, and strategic reality mapping. Any research or structural scaffolding provided regarding business formations, administrative systems, or operational strategies is strictly for informational and organizational purposes. The final execution, legal compliance, and financial outcome of any administrative action remain the absolute sovereign responsibility of the Praxis Partner. Furthermore, as all strategic sessions are conducted remotely, the Agency assumes no liability for the physical environment, digital hardware, or personal safety of the Praxis Partner during these digital collaborations.

IX. Financial Dispute Exemption and Chargeback Protocol

 The Agency operates under strict confidentiality; however, this confidentiality cannot be weaponized to facilitate financial fraud. Should a Praxis Partner initiate a chargeback or financial dispute with any banking institution, credit card network, or third-party payment processor for services that have been properly rendered, the Praxis Partner explicitly agrees that the absolute confidentiality of "The Room" is conditionally waived for the strict purpose of dispute resolution. The Agency reserves the right to submit digital evidence to the respective financial institution or legal counsel to prove the delivery of services. This evidence includes, but is not limited to: electronically signed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, email correspondence logs, calendar booking metadata, and secure session recordings. Any attempt to forcefully reclaim funds for time and strategy already delivered will be met with immediate legal and evidentiary defense.

X. Internal Grievance Protocol and Protection of Agency Integrity 

The Uniq Praxis Framework Agency welcomes honest, constructive feedback and operates with the highest commitment to professional excellence. Should a Praxis Partner experience friction, dissatisfaction, or a perceived failure of the strategic framework, they agree to a mandatory internal resolution protocol. Before taking any public action, the Praxis Partner must contact the Director directly via the official administrative email (director@uniqpraxis.com) to articulate their concerns. This ensures the Agency is granted the sovereign opportunity to address the situation, restore alignment, and engineer an amicable solution.

However, the Praxis Partner explicitly agrees not to bypass this protocol to engage in public defamation, libel, or the publishing of objectively false and malicious reviews designed to damage the professional reputation of the Agency, the Principal Strategist, its employees, contractors, or any individual operating within the UPFA framework. Should a Praxis Partner publish demonstrably false claims, they acknowledge that the Agency retains the absolute right to pursue all available legal remedies for defamation and tortious interference. Furthermore, fabricating events regarding the strategic collaboration constitutes a severe breach of the ethical alignment required to maintain our partnership.

XI. Global Operations, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction 

The Agency provides strategic frameworks to Praxis Partners domestically within the United States and internationally. Regardless of the geographic location, state of residency, or national origin of the Praxis Partner, these Terms of Service shall be governed strictly by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By entering into this collaborative agreement, the Praxis Partner explicitly agrees that any legal action, financial dispute, or proceeding arising under these terms against the Agency, the Principal Strategist, its employees, or its contractors shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Pennsylvania. The Praxis Partner explicitly waives any right to pursue litigation across state lines or international borders, submitting entirely to this defined jurisdiction.
