Privacy and GDPR Policy
I. The Principle of Data Dignity The Uniq Praxis Framework Agency (UPFA) operates upon the foundational principle of absolute discretion. We understand that profound vocational alignment and finding your peace require a highly secure environment. Therefore, we treat your personal information, strategic ambitions, and administrative data with the highest level of professional sanctity. We do not, and will never, sell your data to any third party.
II. Information We Collect To effectively partner with you and provide our strategic framework, we collect the following categories of information:
Administrative Data: Your legal name, preferred moniker, secure email address, telephone number, and time zone, collected during your initial inquiry and booking process.
Vocational and Strategic Data: Information regarding your career trajectory, personal vision, exact destinations, and the contents of any documents submitted for review (such as resumes or bureaucratic research materials).
Third-Party Infrastructure: To facilitate our digital engagements, we utilize secure third-party infrastructure for scheduling (e.g., TidyCal), video collaborations, document execution, and payment processing. Financial data is collected securely via our merchant processor; UPFA does not store full banking details on internal systems.
III. How We Utilize Your Information Your data is utilized exclusively for the provision and enhancement of our services. Specifically, we use it to:
Conduct your A La Carte Sessions and Core Framework engagements.
Provide constructive feedback and structure your professional documents.
Manage scheduling, billing, and necessary administrative communications.
Marketing and Communications Boundary: We respect your sovereign digital space. UPFA conducts generalized marketing exclusively through public social media channels, never through direct, unsolicited targeting of our clients. We utilize your provided contact information strictly for operational purposes. You will only receive reminders for scheduled sessions or upcoming Agency events if you have explicitly granted opt-in permission.
Artificial Intelligence Boundary: Your sovereign, personal data and proprietary ideas are never fed into public Artificial Intelligence models for training purposes. Your vision remains strictly your own.
IV. Data Protection, Storage, and Breach Protocol We employ secure, industry-standard digital environments to protect your information. All session notes and strategic frameworks are stored in password-protected environments accessible only by UPFA leadership.
Data Integrity Protocol: In the highly unlikely event of a digital breach compromising our third-party secure environments, the Agency commits to notifying affected partners within seventy-two hours of discovery. This notification will outline the exact nature of the incident and the immediate administrative actions taken to restore the shield.
V. Your Rights Under International and Domestic Law The Agency honors your sovereign rights regarding your personal data across all borders.
GDPR Rights: For Praxis Partners residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) or other jurisdictions with comprehensive data protection laws, you possess the right to request access, correction, or erasure of your data, and the right to withdraw consent for specific data processing.
Domestic Privacy Rights: For partners residing within the United States, the Agency operates in compliance with applicable state-level data protection regulations. We honor all such sovereign requests. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a formal request via our official administrative email.
VI. Data Retention Strategy The Agency retains your strategic and administrative data only for the duration of our continuous engagement, plus the legally required period for financial and tax compliance. Once the retention period expires, or upon a valid request for erasure, your data is permanently and securely destroyed.
VII. Protection of Minors UPFA provides executive-level strategic alignment exclusively for capable adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from, nor do we offer services to, individuals under the age of eighteen. If we discover that a minor has submitted information to the Agency, that data will be immediately and permanently destroyed to maintain strict legal compliance.
VIII. Policy Modifications The Agency reserves the right to update this policy to reflect changes in our structural framework or legal obligations. The most current version will always be available within the sovereign footer of our digital office.
